Beneath These Lies is a must-read-that-again-immediately kind of book! I adore Meghan’s writing, and this book was no different. She was incredibly tight lipped about the blurb and the Hero of the story and you’ll soon figure out why. While the first bit of the book may seem like Meghan is leading you into a love triangle – she isn’t – she’s just messing with you.
And it’s awesome. I LOVED this book. I loved the big reveal. I loved the rich girl crosses over into the other side of the tracks. I loved that there wasn’t anything that either character wouldn’t do for the other…even when what they should do is never speak to the other again.
There was something so forbidden and yet so freeing about this book. The heat is out of control. We’re talking pull your hand back from the flame because you’re about to get burned kind of hot here. Meghan’s entire beneath series is an addicting set of stories that remind me why I LOVE to read.
Beneath these Lies gets 5 stars. And an immediate re-read. #MustRead.
